Join us at the Orenco Station Farmers Market, just off Cornell Road, for a bustling gathering of all kinds of booths featuring fresh, local farm produce, arts & crafts, and various offerings of food and beverages — and music by The Coin Club!!! This market was established in 2003 by the Hillsboro Farmers’ Market and Orenco Station retailers. The market at Orenco Station is open-air and offers fresh, local, agricultural food and garden products, fine arts & crafts, live music and educational information. Celebrating its 14th season, the Orenco Farmers market welcomes 65 vendors, and 5,000 customers each week.

The Coin Club will be providing musical enjoyment on Main St. (between Pacific Ave. and 21st) in Forest Grove for the first market in October. Join the bustling, lively gathering and shop the tables of many vendors of fresh fruits, vegetables, meats, cheeses, honey, baked goods and more! Plus, delicious prepared food for sale. Come support your local growers and vendors at this fun event! The Market season will be ending on October 31.
In 2005, Adelante Mujeres launched the Forest Grove Farmers Market, fostering cross-cultural exchange during this family-focused community event. The market provides an outlet for small farmers and food producers so they can connect with the community by offering fresh, local goods. The Coin Club will not be playing, but you can still come and enjoy the fundraiser to benefit the FG Library Foundation. 50% of all proceeds from food and beverage purchases will go to the Foundation for programs that benefit the whole community! SIDEWALK CHALK ART FESTIVAL

PRE-REGISTRATION EVENT WILL TAKE PLACE AT Valley Art Gallery on Wednesday, September 12th from 5-7 p.m. at 2022 Main Street, Forest Grove.
It’s hard to believe that the Sidewalk Chalk Art Festival has been taking place for over 27 years. Since 1991 the Sidewalk Chalk Art Festival has grown to be one of the most anticipated and fun events in Washington County. Anyone can take part in the fun, no matter what their artistic skills might be. It is great to see the creative drawings taking shape throughout the day and to stroll the downtown blocks after the event to see the wonderful artwork.
The cost is $7 for Valley Art Members, $12 for non-members, and includes a tray of brilliant colorful chalk and a square of downtown Forest Grove sidewalk for the day. There is no charge to observe! Click here for more information.
